3.2 lg999 reserves the absolute right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by lg999 may result in suspension of your Account and withholding of any Wallet Balance pending verification.
3.3 It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the lg999 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. lg999 makes no representation or warranty as to the legality of accessing the Platform from any particular country, province, or region.
4.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the lg999 Platform. The creation or use of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Wallet Balances and Bonus Funds therein.
4.2 During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC), date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 lg999 may, at any time, require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a copy of your CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) or other government-issued identity document. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.
4.4 You may not register an Account on behalf of another person, nor may you allow any other person to use your Account. Each Account is personal and non-transferable.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your lg999 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account.
5.2 lg999 will never request your password via email, SMS, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to request your password from lg999 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.
5.3 You must notify lg999 immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorized access to your Account. lg999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access that occurred prior to your notification, provided that such access did not result from any failure on the part of lg999.
5.4 lg999 recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts. This feature is available within Account Settings following lg999 login and provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorized access.
6.1 All deposits on the lg999 Platform are accepted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion charges are applied to PKR deposits.

6.4 lg999 only accepts deposits from payment methods that are owned and registered in your name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or accounts belonging to other individuals are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.
6.5 Deposits made in error — including deposits sent to the wrong account reference — must be reported to lg999 support within 24 hours. lg999 will use reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee recovery of funds deposited in error to third-party payment providers.
7.1 You may request a withdrawal of your real-money Wallet Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section and the KYC requirements in Section 4.3.
7.2 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals. lg999 reserves the right to request a withdrawal be processed to an alternative verified method where circumstances require.

9.3 Once a bet has been confirmed on the Platform, it cannot be amended or cancelled, except where explicitly permitted by the applicable sport rules or where lg999 determines that an error in odds occurred (see Section 9.4).
9.4 In the event of a manifest error in the publication of odds — including typographical errors, data feed errors, or technically incorrect prices — lg999 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds and return stakes to the player's Wallet Balance. lg999 will not be liable for any profit foregone by a player as a result of a void bet under this clause.
9.5 In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or voided if an event is abandoned, delayed significantly, or if match-day circumstances create data integrity concerns. Stakes on voided in-play markets are returned to the player's Wallet Balance.
9.6 lg999 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any individual bet or to restrict betting activity on specific events or markets where risk management or licensing considerations require. Such limitations do not entitle the player to any compensation.
10.1 All casino games and slot machine titles available on the lg999 Platform operate under certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, through certified live studio streams with independently monitored dealing procedures.
